If you’ve taken a few beginner classes or you’re looking to get back into it, this is the class for you!  If you’ve already booked Part 1, please book Part 2 here. Here’s what we’ll cover in both parts of this 2-part adult class: Basic introduction to our sewing machines Choosing pattern size Cutting paper pattern and fabric, learning about grain Ironing handle and topstitching Construct bag body and lining Top stitch opening if time allows Sewing machines, tools, and fabric will be provided, just bring yourself! What we provide: Pattern and fabric (five sizes to choose from) Sewing machine, threads, scissors, etc. Expert guidance! What you need to know: At a minimum, you’ve sewn at least a pillow and probably a few other small projects.  If you are brand new to sewing you should book Sewing 101 to make the most of this class.   What you need to bring: sewing machine (optional) water bottle reading glasses fabric (*optional) *Bring your own fabric if you’d like!  This project needs about a yard for the outer and another for the inner fabric (possibly less depending on the size you decide to make).
