This set of bags for heat transfer print projects has a lot of things going for it.You get a lot of bags. This is great if you are making a ton of gifts for family and friends or if you are just learning how to do heat transfer. And the size of the set is my favorite thing.I love the size of these bags. They are the perfect size for a small travel makeup or toiletry bag. They are the perfect size for a pencil pouch or pen bag or for crayons. If you have kids or are an artist that is a huge plus.The zippers work and everything seems sturdy. Yes they are thinnish but they are not threadbare or overly thin. Just not a nice thicker canvas as I had hoped. Still they are decent and should do the job.As for the fabric itself I am not a huge fan of it. It is a canvas fabric. The same kind a lot of those outdoor throw pillow covers are made of. In my experience this type of fabric attracts every single piece of lint, hair or animal fur in the vicinity and ends up always looking super dirty. I also find that this type of fabric does pill rather quickly looking worn rather fast.Overall fabric quality leaves a lot to be desired but the size of the bags themselves is ideal and despite the fabric this could make a nice starter set while you learn how to do heat transfer or a nice set for making some gifts to hand out. Cute themed pencils for a holiday (Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Easter, etc.) or birthday party for example.At almost $25 as of January 2025 I am torn on the value. You do get a lot of bags. The bags are a nice size. Just the quality of the fabric is not great so I do feel that $25 is a bit high considering I am underwhelmed with the bags. If you see a good coupon or sale bringing it down it may be worth it especially if your main purpose is mass gifting or learning at home heat transfer.I’m giving these a somewhat hesitant 4 stars.I will update once I have completed some heat transfer images to add comments on how well it takes the images.
