To get other depth sizes of staples, you must make sure that first number (the gauge) is 23. I’ll attach a picture of ones I got off Amazon that work well. For example, the 23/10 staples are 23 gauge and 10mm long. As other reviewers mentioned, you have to press down fast and firm to get it to go clear through your stack.
