I’m sure a lot of people, like me, have tried deciphering the seller’s instructions about getting your forgotten password. I figured it out after a while of searching. I put pictures to help others see it. The password in this case was 232. I tried showing you the difference with the first number. The dent is in the wheel that holds the wheel with the numbers. The right number will show the dent on that inside wheel. In the pictures you can see how the dent is visible when I have the number 2. When I move the number to 3, the dent disappears. You will most likely need your phone’s flashlight to be able to see this on your own diary. Once you get the combination where all the dents show, move the opener to the left to open. I hope this helps!Making a new password is exactly like the instructions show. Hold the opener switch to the right while putting your desired combination. Let go when you have the numbers you desire.Did not give 5 stars because the same papers that come in the diary can’t be found for refill (at least not on Amazon, and the seller doesn’t sell them). You can only buy generic all white paper.
