These hoops are made of HDPE tubing. They are sturdy and somewhat lightweight, weighing less than a pound. These hoops are great for: -Beginners who aren’t sure what size to get -Intermediate hoopers who are transitioning between hoop sizes -Advanced hoopers who want to practice on-body hooping These hoops are intricately decorated with rainbow sheen tape that shines an unbelievable spectrum of color in the sun, and then wrapped with four colors of neon, UV-reactive grip tape for the best possible hooping experience. SIZE GUIDE (This guide is meant for beginners. If you are an intermediate hooper you might prefer a slightly smaller hoop.) Choose from a size below based on your waist measurement. Small – up tp 32″ waist (Hoop: 36″/32″) Medium – up to 36″ waist (Hoop: 38″/34″) Large –  up to 42″ waist (Hoop: 42″/38″) X-Large – up to 48″ waist (Hoop: 44″/40″) Note: Sizes Small and Medium are made with 3/4″ HDPE tubing.
